Description:

AKEMI Rust Remover Paste is a cleaning agent based on inorganic acids with non-ionogenic tensides and corrosion inhibitors. This product is free from hydrochloric acids. The tensides contained are biodegradable in correspondence with the legal regulations for surfactants. Caution: do not use this product on natural stones which react to acids (calcareous stones) such as marble, travertine, limestone, flagstone, sandstone, terrazzo, etc.

Field of Application:

Rust Remover Paste is suited to the removal of all rust and rusty staining on acid resistant natural and cast stones. Additionally, rusty metal inclusions in natural stones (granite) are autonomously converted back to their natural appearance.

Instructions For Use:

1. Always test product in an unobtrusive and inconspicuous area
2. Apply undiluted to the dry stone surface. To avoid changes in color, apply to the complete stone surface.
3. Allow the product to work for up to 24 hours.
4. Avoid drying of treated surfaces, if necessary, apply damp cloth.
5. Rinse thoroughly with water.
6. Repeat process if necessary.

Special Hints

• This is an acidic, professional product. Utmost care should be taken while using it.
• Do not allow contact with plants, otherwise rinse immediately with water. Concentrated and diluted solutions must not be emptied in yard areas.
• The product is registered at the Federal Environmental Protection Agency under the number 1257 0012
