DIRECTIONS:

Test in a small inconspicuous area with a 24-hour cure time to determine the ease of application. Allow grout to cure a minimum of 48 hours prior to Seal & Go ® "S" application. Check to make sure surface is clean and dry. Liberally apply a first coat with a brush, paint roller, or low pressure sprayer. Let penetrate for 10 to 15 minutes. DO NOT LET DRY. Wipe off any excess residue. A minimum of 2 hours later, repeat the procedure. Allow a minimum of 2 hours of drying time between coats.

On a very porous surface, the first coat will soak in considerably. The second coat will cover approximately double the first coat. Apply additional coats as needed. If after drying, a light haze appears, lightly dampen a clean cloth with SEAL & GO® "S" and wipe surface.

Do not walk on surface for at least 2 hours. Full cure is acheived in 24 hours.

• Do not spray SEAL & GO® "S" with high pressure sprayers.
• Do not atomize SEAL & GO® "S" into the air.
• Do not breathe the spray mist of SEAL & GO® "S".
• When using spray equipment, do not overspray on glass, freshly painted surfaces, plants, furniture, etc. Wet overspray may be wiped up immediately with clean absorbent towels.
• Do not walk on wet sealer because the surface will be very slippery when wet.

SEAL & GO® "S" sealers are not an absolute impenetrable barrier to all spills, soils or stains. However, natural stone, tile or grout properly sealed with SEAL & GO® "S" sealers will repel stains more effectively and clean more easily when proper cleaning solutions and methods are used. SEAL & GO "S" ® sealers do not prevent general soiling nor do they eliminate the need for routine cleaning and proper care of the sealed surface.

1. Dust mop or sweep floors frequently to minimize dry soil abrasion. The most destructive material to natural stone is sand, dirt and grit which will scratch and dull the surface. These areas become places where dirt and stains will accumulate.
2. Walk off mats are recommended to eliminate dry soil from entering the building.
3. Vacuum walk off mats regularly.
4. Blot up spills immediately with clean absorbent towels.
5. Wet mop as needed with a pH-balanced cleaner such as LAVENET.
6. Always maintain stone with clean mops, towels, sponges or rags.
7. Do not use acid based cleaners (below 7pH), high alkaline (above 9pH) cleaners or strong degreasers.
8. Rinse well, if needed, with clear water to avoid leaving chemical residue.
9. Cleaning chemical residues can leave a sticky film, attract dirt and degrade the sealer.
10. Re-apply SEAL & GO® "S" sealers every 1 to 2 years in medium to heavy use areas.
11. Re-apply SEAL & GO® "S" sealers every 2 to 3 years in light use areas

Natural stone needs to be cared for properly. Natural stone is a material made of minerals that may react negatively to chemicals that are not specifically intended for stone care use. If it is neglected and abused, the natural beauty of the stone will not be preserved. It is vital that your natural stone be maintained in accordance with the above recommended procedures. Improper cleaning chemicals or procedures will void the warranty.

International Stoneworks Inc. warrants that this product conforms with the SEAL & GO® "S" written specifications and is free from defects. International Stoneworks Inc. disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular application, or any other matter. The buyer's sole remedy for non compliance with this warranty shall be for the replacement of the product or the refund of the buyer's purchase price. In no case will International Stoneworks Inc. be liable for direct, indirect, consequential, economic or other damage. International Stoneworks Inc. will not be responsible for the damage to property or injury to persons due to the improper use or misapplication of SEAL & GO® "S" or any other chemicals sold by the company.
